By accessing the Service, creating an account, purchasing a listing, submitting content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
For purposes of these Terms, “Emergency Notary Services,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website and directory. Billing, payment receipts, or card statements associated with paid listings or related services may identify My Business Marketing Coach as the billing or merchant name.

1. Directory Platform
Emergency Notary Services provides an online directory and marketing platform that allows independent service providers to create and maintain listings that may be viewed by members of the public.
We do not employ, supervise, control, endorse, certify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any listed provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
A provider’s appearance in the directory does not constitute a recommendation, warranty, endorsement, certification, or guarantee of that provider’s availability, qualifications, licensing, insurance, experience, pricing, identity, or suitability for any particular transaction.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring or relying upon any provider listed on the Service.

By accessing the Service, creating an account, purchasing a listing, submitting content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

For purposes of these Terms, “Emergency Notary Services,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this website and directory. Billing, payment receipts, or card statements associated with paid listings or related services may identify My Business Marketing Coach as the billing or merchant name.

1. Directory Platform

Emergency Notary Services provides an online directory and marketing platform that allows independent service providers to create and maintain listings that may be viewed by members of the public.

We do not employ, supervise, control, endorse, certify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any listed provider unless expressly stated otherwise.

A provider’s appearance in the directory does not constitute a recommendation, warranty, endorsement, certification, or guarantee of that provider’s availability, qualifications, licensing, insurance, experience, pricing, identity, or suitability for any particular transaction.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring or relying upon any provider listed on the Service.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to promptly update your information when necessary.

You may not use another person’s account without authorization or allow another person to use your account in a manner that violates these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, misleading, compromised, or being used in violation of these Terms.

3. User-Generated Listings and Content

Listings are created, submitted, maintained, and updated by users.

You are solely responsible for all information, text, photographs, logos, graphics, links, business information, contact information, descriptions, reviews, responses, documents, and other material that you submit, upload, publish, or otherwise provide through the Service (“User Content”).

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your listing before and after publication.

Emergency Notary Services is not responsible for errors, omissions, outdated information, misspellings, incorrect addresses, incorrect telephone numbers, incorrect pricing, incorrect service descriptions, incorrect geographic information, incorrect URLs, broken links, or any other error contained in User Content.You acknowledge that changes you make to listing information may affect how your listing appears, how it is indexed by search engines, or how visitors locate your listing.

Certain listing fields may be locked after publication when those fields are used to create or maintain a public URL. Users may be required to contact us to request changes to locked fields.

4. Responsibility for Uploaded Content

You may only upload or submit content that you own or have the lawful right and permission to use.

By uploading or submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

You own the content or have all required licenses, permissions, releases, and authorizations to use it.
The content does not violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights of any third party.
The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The content is not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, deceptive, threatening, obscene, harmful, or malicious.
The content does not contain malware, harmful code, or unauthorized tracking technology.

You are solely responsible for any claim arising from content you upload or submit.

Emergency Notary Services has no obligation to independently verify ownership, licensing, accuracy, or legality of User Content.

We may remove, disable, reject, modify, or restrict access to User Content if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, presents legal or security concerns, or may harm the Service or its users.

5. License to Display User Content

By submitting User Content, you grant Emergency Notary Services a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, maintain, and market the directory and your listing.

This license continues for as long as your content is displayed through the Service and for a reasonable period thereafter as required for backups, legal compliance, recordkeeping, or technical operations.

You retain ownership of your original content.

6. Listing Accuracy and User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing your listing after it is created or updated.

We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by you.

You should immediately notify us if you discover a technical problem that prevents your listing from displaying information you submitted correctly.

We may correct obvious technical, formatting, or platform errors, but we are not responsible for independently monitoring listings for accuracy.

7. Duplicate Facilities and Listings

Multiple independent service providers may list services associated with the same hospital, care facility, geographic area, or business location.

A listing does not grant the listing owner exclusive rights to a facility, hospital, location, city, ZIP code, service area, or search result unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

Each listing may have its own unique system identifier and public URL.

8. Reviews and Third-Party Information

The Service may display reviews, ratings, business information, links, or other data originating from users or third-party services.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, or continued availability of third-party content.

Reviews represent the opinions of their respective authors and do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Emergency Notary Services.

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or restrict reviews that violate applicable law, these Terms, or our moderation policies.

9. Payments and Billing

Paid listings may be offered on a recurring subscription or other paid basis.

The price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and applicable benefits will be presented before purchase.

Charges associated with Emergency Notary Services may appear on payment statements, receipts, invoices, or billing records under the name My Business Marketing Coach.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the applicable amount according to the plan you select.

You are responsible for maintaining valid and current payment information.
